Great news for Corby Hellenic Girls. All three teams reach the finals of there first tournament and with one of the under 13s team winning the MK tournament and went unbeaten on the day.

Corby Hellenic Girls Youth Football Club
The Corby Hellenic Girls teams will be playing in the new girl’s league that has formed for the 2009-10 season. The MDH Girls League is a stand-alone league for the development of the female game. (Mid-Shires Girls League).
Corby Hellenic Girls will have teams playing in the league at Under 11, Under 12, Under 13 and 14 age groups.
If you are interested in playing for Corby Hellenic Girls then please contact us.
If you are younger than the age groups listed below don’t worry as you will be still be able to play.


Please refer to the table below for the correct age groups:

Year 5 Under 10
Year 6 Under 11
Year 7 Under 12
Year 8 Under 13
Year 9 Under 14
Year 10 Under 15
Year 11 Under 16
In girls football there is a two year band, this is a rule that allows a player from a lower year group play in a team in the year group above.
Example: A player in year 7 can play up a year in a Under 13's team with year 8's

What a season for the girls (01/06/2009)

Some great news the girls won there first league cup final on Sunday 31st may at Rushdon Diamonds. With a 3.2 win over Kettering. This was a great game of football with Hellenic being 2.0 up at half time.Ellie Harman and Megan Addy scoring some fantastic goals. Kettering pulled it back in the second half to 2.2 and then Ellie scored a fantastic goal to seal the game.

What a season girls finished second in there league and won there first league cup final. Well done to all the girls and we are all looking forward to next season.
